WHAT IS MIITE?
MIITE is an acronym meaning ‘Million Indians Information Technology Education.’ The Objective is to train and certify annually one million college Students, Job-Seekers, and professionals in IT and Soft Skills every year. This is a nationwide program.
Today, skill imparting, and up-gradation is most wanted to professionals & students. Keeping this in focus and as our objective, and with support from both National and International Institutions, the EFS Academy, India has joined hands with the MIITE program offering ‘Skill Enhancement Programs.’
The programs are modular in design to meet the learning needs of Indians. However, utmost importance is given to the course content, design, and the affordability of the courses. Each program costs INR 7500/-, all inclusive, payable to EFS. For payment details, visit the home page of EFS.
The EFS Academy has developed 4 Categories of Programs, containing over 800 ‘skill-based courses,’ that are tailor-made to the training needs of Indian
professionals/ students, in collaboration with ‘Skillsoft,’ which is pioneer in the field of learning, delivering highly effective content through innovative technology. For this purpose, EFS has formed a consortium of ‘National Education Foundation, USA‘ and ‘State University of New York, USA’. Currently, the training courses available are:
• Office Productivity IT Skills & End-User Certifications• IT Skills & Certifications• Enterprise & Soft Skills Certifications• Preparatory Courses for GMAT, GRE, TOFEL, and SAT
The training duration depends on the particular skill that needs to be honed. The program is administered by EFS Academy with active support of RIMSR, which are technology driven dedicated skill-enhancement institutions in India. The training programs are on e-platform, which gives great flexibility to professionals / students who get enrolled, as they could take the program at their convenience without affecting the regular work. Participants upon successful completion of courses will be certified by SUNY.
