Findings:  CXR shows that the left hemithorax is lucent when compared with the right. The lungs are equally inflated. Vascularity is symmetric. The vessels are sharp. CT shows absence of left pectoralis major and pectoralis minor muscles.

Diagnosis:  Poland Syndrome
