Objective: Designed a small walk-in closet that would showcase a designer’s talent and maximize the space for storage, without destroying the structural support of the shelves that are adhere to the plaster walls.

Achieved: The concept “Current Audrey Hepburn” was achieved by providing old vintage pieces with graphical fabrics. The pop of mustard used in the dressing closet complemented the soft cream and lilac walls, keeping this closet classic, yet current. Applied fabric and small details to structural elements that showcased an overall design.

“CLOSET LOVE”- Kansas City Star Article Ideas to steal: Paint the walls inside closets – it’s often a missed opportunity for color. This one is painted soft lilac. The shelves are a soft cream. Add detail in unexpected places. For example, the shelves are trimmed with fabric. The hanging rods are plugged with colorful glass knobs. Art is on the wall and a chandelier hangs above.
