Nature offers a variety of natural materials through the incorporation of which
LUXXUL t r u e g r e e n increases the strength, the stability, the load-bearing capacity
and the heat transfer coefficient of the water- and frost-resistant diffusible loam building
materials and improves the shrinkage behaviour essentially.
The incorporation of organic additives such as sand, hemp, jute, sheep´s wool, wood
particles and reeds, which significantly increase the strength, the stability, the load-bearing
capacity and the thermal performance while reducing the weight of the loam building
materials essentially, facilitate the handling and transport of these lightweight loam
building materials.
These innovative unfired water- and frost-resistant diffusible loam products relieve the
environment [ no CO2 pollution through eliminating the firing process ] and allow an easy,
fast and cost-efficient building process for both professionals and DIYers.
The coating of the introduced regionally occurring organic additives with the water- and
frost-resistant diffusible loam material makes these lightweight heat-insulating breathable
loam building products of LUXXUL t r u e g r e e n fire-resistant.

LUXXUL t r u e g r e e n has got the solution to a loam building problem, existing since time
immemorial - the water solubility of loam and the erosion damage caused by moisture.
The solution: the very special ecological and economical water- and frost-resistant
diffusible, breathable loam and loam based plasters of LUXXUL t r u e g r e e n.
For the first time in the history of building with earth, the application of loam to the
unprotected, moisture-exposed parts of the building, where the penetrating moisture
inevitably caused damage to the used loam plasters until now, is possible.
LUXXUL t r u e g r e e n offers a selection of special innovative ecological and economical
water- and frost-resistant diffusible, breathable loam plasters.
To these innovative water- and frost-resistant diffusible loam plasters,
LUXXUL t r u e g r e e n adds various natural materials that are derived from nature.
By adding plant fibres, such as hemp, reed and wood particles, or animal hair, such as
sheep´s wool, to name just a few, LUXXUL t r u e g r e e n reduces the weight and
increases the insulating properties of the loam plasters.
The transport of these innovative loam plasters is more cost-effective, due to the lower
weight, and, due to the improved insulation properties, the heating and cooling costs of the
buildings are also lower.
Through the various organic additives, LUXXUL t r u e g r e e n achieves the various
distinct product characteristics, as well as special surface textures, depending on the kind
and quantity of each organic admixture[s].
t r u e g r e e n
These innovative water- and frost-resistant breathable plasters of LUXXUL t r u e g r e e n
can either be sprayed onto the respective surface with a loam plaster machine, or hand
troweled, or plastered in the traditional manual do-it yourself method, depending on the
material composition.
LUXXUL t r u e g r e e n offers ecological and economical water- and frost-resistant
diffusible, breathable loam plasters as coarse plasters - base coats - with a grain size of
0 to 3 mm and as fine plasters - finish coats or second coats - with the grain size of
0 to 2 mm.
The various plasters consisting of loam & sand, loam & sand & reed, loam & sand &
hemp fibers, loam & sand & wood particles and loam & sand & wool fibres are sold as
coarse plasters as well as fine plasters.
The water- and frost-resistant diffusible, breathable loam plasters are for sale in bags of
30 kg and also in Big Bags up to 1000 kg.
A bag containing 30 kg of coarse plaster allows you to apply e.g. 1.2 square meters of
coarse plastering with a plaster thickness of 1.5 cm, and a bag containing 30 kg of fine
plaster allows you to apply e.g. 5.5 m² of fine plastering with a plaster thickness of 3
to 5 mm.
For further information and complete application guidelines regarding the various loam
plasters please contact Hubert E. Kern > [email protected].

Besides the various ecological and economical water- and frost-resistant diffusible,
breathable loam plasters, LUXXUL t r u e g r e e n offers various loose fill insulation
materials and insulating sealants, based on the novel unfired ecological and economical
water- and frost-resistant diffusible, breathable loam.
Just as with the loam plasters, LUXXUL t r u e g r e e n adds organic fillers such as sand,
hemp, jute, sheep´s wool, wood particles and reed to its loam-based unfired water- and
frost-resistant diffusible loose fill insulations as well as floor, flat roof and biotope sealants.
These fillers enhance the strength and the heat insulation properties of the loam products
essentially and, at the same time, they reduce their weight essentially and facilitate the
handling and the transport.
The loam-based ecological and economical unfired water- and frost-resistant diffusible,
breathable loose-fill insulations, leaned with sand and blended with one or more natural
fillers, can be safely used as insulating fillers indoors as well as outdoors due to their
product properties such as, on the one hand, fire resistance and, on the other hand, water
and frost resistance.
The water- and frost-resistant processing of the loose fill insulation materials is carried out
without firing, that is, after adding the various organic fillers to the water- and frost-resistant
treated loam, the compound of loam and filler is dried and, then, during the further
treatment process, crushed.
Since this treatment process takes place without firing, there is no firing process-related
CO² burden on the environment.
The resulting loose-fill insulation materials are suitable, as already mentioned, for both
indoor and outdoor use.
Outdoors, they are particularly suitable to be applied as a water permeable layer, or as
intermediate or drainage layer for flat roofs.
t r u e g r e e n
Here, we should mention again that the application or insertion of LUXXUL t r u e g r e e n ´s
light-weight ecological and economical loose fill-insulation materials is easy to handle and
their transport is cost-effective thanks to their low weight.

LUXXUL t r u e g r e e n ´s loam-based ecological and economical unfired water- and frost-
resistant diffusible, breathable floor, flat roof, green roof, natural pond, wetland biotope and
land-fill sealants are very similar to the loam plasters regarding their material composition.
The special difference lies in the mixing and in the type of application.
These sealants, which require, compared to the loam plaster materials, a special
consistency, require, in addition, a special layer structure and a special, compression-wise
intensive processing.
Both the loose fill insulation materials and the floor, flat roof, green roof, natural pond,
wetland biotope and land-fill sealants are packaged, just as the loam plasters, in 30 kg
sacks and Big Bags up to 1000 kg.
Also with these ecological and economical loam products, LUXXUL t r u e g r e e n provides
innovative products that relieve the environment [no CO2 burden by eliminating the
firing process] and allow a quick, pleasurable and affordable application for
professionals as well as for DIYers.
More information on the various loam based loose-fill insulation and drainage materials,
the loam based sealants and the processing of the sealants please contact Hubert E. Kern
