• 2 UTI• 1 Nocturia• 1 Ca prostate• 1 Ketamine use• 7 ?cause

Conclusion

• We are offering PSA & urine dipstick to most patients

• We are not offering and recording symptoms formally before starting treatment eg IPSS

Recommendations

• Note if patient has declined any assessments/investigations offered

• Try to record symptoms more formally eg IPSS
