Recruitment and Resourcing Co-ordinator Ensure effective running of recruitment processes for all staff. Provide high quality effective advertising, recruitment and appointment documentation. To assist senior nurses/managers within the recruitment of nurses and non-clinical members of staff within the Trust to either bank or permanent positions. Preparation of all documents relevant to nominated Division vacancies. Sending out information on vacancies in response to enquiries Regular communication (written or verbal) with
managers and applicants keeping them informed of progress. Attend Division meetings together with the HR Business Partner. Arranging interviews ie. Booking venues, compiling interview documentation. Attend interview panels where necessary for nominated Division. Assisting applicants with applications for work permits and leave to remain requests.
Carrying out all pre-employment checks in accordance with established Trust practices with reference to the data protection guidelines.
Requesting references and deciding when to refer to the recruiting manager about any issues Liaising with Occupational Health Checking eligibility to work in the UK against Home Office guidelines. Checking and witnessing all CRB documentation that is received and processed in order to minimise delays. Ensuring that all relevant registration and training documents are verified and including validation of registration of
all qualified staff. Responsible for the preparation of job offer letters to successful applicants and contracts of employment. Staff contracts to be sent out within eight weeks of new employees commencing with the Trust.
