number dated 19th July, 1997, the undersigned is directed to say that
the Governor, Himachal. Pradesh is pleased to order that such Officers of
the Government of Himachal Pradesh, who are members of the India
International Centre,: New Delhi and Indian Institute of Public
Administration, New Delhi shall be entitled to stay in the hostels owned-'by these Institutions, while on tour to Delhi in the event of
non-availability of accommodation in Himachal Bhawan and the actual rent
including service charges, if any, as fixed by these Institutions for
different categories of 'members shall be re-imbursed to them after
obtaining NAC from General Administration. Department in respect of
Himachal Bhawan and Himachal Sadan-For such r~-imbursement the Officer concerned shall
have to produce receipt-These orders shall be effective from t~e: date of
issue.

After conSideration of the matter, It has been decided
similar levies being charged by the service providers on traveL by Ai~--
