FULLY AUTOMATIC PRESSURE CONTROL MODELS

The pressure rise is controlled by electronic pressure regulator, with electronic control

management through programmable logic controller.

The P.L.C. automatically detects and adjusts the furnace pressure for any air leakage

in the system and signals excess leakage then set value.

Automatic pressure increment after every cycle or settable number of cycles to compensate

for reduced metal level.

Very smooth shockless pressure increase gradients for turbulance free metal entry into die.
