Where to with pollutants ?

Some residual pollutants (like NOx, VOC, CO) can be reduced / converted to non-hazardous substances (H2O, CO2, N2) …

… but most of them will be separated from the gas …

… neutralised and/or stabilised and then landfilled as residue or drained off as neutral salts …

… or recovered as waste product
