Our expert team will help you customise a home plan to suit your lifestyle and block. Plus, we’ll arrange to visit your site and give you an assessment of what may be needed before you do anything. This way, you know what you could be up for and there aren’t any nasty surprises later on.

Our process:

1. We’ll visit your site to assess it, advise any potential hidden costs and organise an initial survey.

2. We’ll sit down with you and discuss all your options and make recommendations for your new home.

3. If you’re happy with everything we’ll get working on drawing up your home properly for your approval.

4. Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll organise formal quotes and a building contract.

5. After you’ve signed a building contract, we work with the shire to organise all the required permits, building approvals and shire planning.

6. We’ll organise the demolition of your existing home.

7. Site works and building starts on your now vacant block.
