simply when I was applying for MCVP Innovation, one of my strategy is LOUD & PROUD.
so far I didn't used it cause somehow I forgot when I did the MC Planning. But in the consolidation MC Planning last week, Hans
remind me about one of my strategy that are even more relevant as MCVP PR.
WHAT IS LOUD & PROUD? I wanted to ask you before I explain it deeper..
How proud you are became an AIESECer?? How proud our partner that having partnership with us?? How proud our TN taker both GCDP/GIP as our partner?
How proud our House Family for having EP/Interns in their house??
Can you answer that?

so, LOUD & PROUD is a campaign after realization/event done from our stakeholder. We wanted to see the impact they get through
having a partnership with us, AIESEC.
LOUD &
PROUD
What will be the impact then?
LOUD & PROUD allow external shareholder to know about our organization from other people opinion; every stakeholder who
became our partner/work with us.
We are no longer shouting to the world; “hey, lets became the house family, you will get bla la la”
now everything is change.
Let people do this! “I think you need to became AIESEC Partner, they will gave you this
and this and this……’

PROUDHow to do?
Working with BD, OGCD, OGIP, IGCDP, IGIP, TM, PRESIDENT is the main point!
Ask them for every realization/project that have been done. ask the partner/TN taker/EP or any stakeholder;
example: -BD : after the collaboration project with any company, ask the company what is their opinion about this project and what do they think about AIESEC? -OGX : ask the EP what do they think about the being Global Citizen, what impact they have and how proud they are to be Global Citizenship. -ICX : Ask the TN after EP realization done/House Families, what do the company think about having partnership with AIESEC? -TMP/TLP : Ask the members how proud they are becoming Team member/leader what impact they have? etc.

iGCDPTN: Community & Corporate (2/month, 2 TN) Bentuk campaign: Picture, story Channel: Twitter and Entity Website, AIESEC Indonesia Page
Host Family (1/month, 1 Host Family) Bentuk campaign: Picture, short story Channel: Instagram and Facebook (Local & National)
EP (2 EP/month) Bentuk campaign: Video, story Channel: Youtube, Instagram, and Website
Hostfam Process:
iGCDP- maintain hostfam regularly per week - by the end of internship give hostfam podio form from
PRIM consist of survey, story and photos.
PRIM- make a podio form for host family then give it to
iGCDP - after the form filled, we filter and execute the content
in a week - post the picture + story through Instagram and
Facebook in the first week
EP Process:iGCDP- inform the EP at IPS to give good documentation EP- at the beginning of W2 post their photos in Indonesia
through their Facebook and Instagram* account and tag LC’s account
- at the beginning of W4 EPs already give their video to iGCDP.
- at the beginning of W6 they give story to iGCDP PRIM- after the documentation given by iGCDP, PRIM filter
and execute the content in 2 weeks - the picture, video and story will be post in instagram,
youtube, and entity website in W2 and W4 each month.
TN Process OLD TN - experience hosting EP in Indonesia - give a story directly to iGCDP in a week NEW TN - fill the form in a week after the project end iGCDP - give the data from old TN to PRIM PRIM - execute the poster and story in a week - post it in entity website and make it viral through
twitter on the W3

Summer (June-Sept) Last deadline at least two weeks after go back to Indonesia

University** (1/quarter) Bentuk campaign: Picture (thanks greeting) Channel: All channel Timeline :last month in one quarter

Company Process Research : - Research the data of company from oGIP - Collect all the data - 4th week of August, November Selection : - Select the data of company will be showcased - 1st week of September, December Showcase : - Showcase the picture and story - Filter and execute the content in 2nd week of September
and December (mind the language) - Post the picture and story through all channel

We post it every week with different stakeholder. based on CONTENT MATRIX & PROGRAM
PROMOTION! This will raising the brand of AIESEC itself.
We post in website for landing page and Facebook for story that are chosen.
