I love the way the “LILY ALLEN TAKE ON THE WORLD” text is placed, it really stands out and looks asif it actually is a part of the dominant image. Als oanother good thing about the magazine is the heading “NME” how it is tucked away behind the dominant image. The text stays constant throughout the whole front page.

INSIDE COVER

This picture works really well. It stands out and really smacks you in the face, you dont know were to look first. It would really stand out from other magazines on the display inside a shop.

The big Q on the top is really good because it stands out, and its only one letter. The way everything is layout out is neat as the main picture is to the left and all information that is given is to the right.

This is one of the best magazines I have on display here I think, because it really looks proffessional the way all the text is layed out and the picture of madonna. It really makes her eyes stand out and directs the reader.

Im not a fan of skinny jeans my self but from looking at how everything is posi-tioned is quite good. The 3 guys as the dominant image are positioned well, and I thi9nk this picture would have suited a double page spread instead.

BACK COVER

The singer looks at the reader directly, and her eyes are really made to stand out which help this picture to direct everyone who looks at it.

The use of the panthers is a amazing tool which has been used as it makes Lilly stand out in the middle, gives the reader a sense that she is a kind of Feline goddess and has control over them. It mixes fantasy hitting a wider range of audience.

This is good having in mind who it is directed at. Many teenage girls would buy this as the wide range of teenage boys on the image.

The fonts and layout of the text is really good, and simple to see what is going on. I like the way OASIS is made to look as a part of the mast head.

Enough said really.
