“As an industrial city characterised by Vietnam’s largest seaport, Haiphong City continuously looks for ways to plan for continued sustainable growth that allows us to maximise our economic output and become the world first Green port city before the year 2020. ISO 37120 and the World Council on City Data have become helpful tools that will help us invest in our future planning process toward building Haiphong a liveable city.”
