Who can attend the Super Summer Program?We accept children from ages 5 through 12.

When does the program start and end?The fi rst offi cial day of our summer program is Monday, June 8; we wrap up on Friday, August 28. If you need care outside of those dates, call us so we can help you.

We are open from 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Where is the camp located?The Super Summer Program is held at Quad/Graphics’ Lomira plant, in the child care center.

The address is N11896 Hwy. 175.

How do I enroll my child?Log on to QG.com/quadcare for a registration packet, or call 920.269.5500. Tours of our center are available upon request.

Is there a registration deadline?We can take registration forms as long as we have room in our program. However, no child may start until their registration has been processed and the child’s fi le is up-to-date. Space may be limited.

How will I know if my child has been accepted into the program?Confi rmation of acceptance will be made via email, in person or by phone. In the event of incomplete registrations, you will be notifi ed and asked to submit missing requirements before enrollment is confi rmed.

Field trips, swimming lessons and other activities stimulate developing minds and growing bodies. The activities are as unique as the children who participate in them and include a variety of social opportunities, science experiences, arts and crafts, sports, group games, board games, reading and more.

We are serious about having fun!Funny thing about summer camp…even though they’re not in school, the kids are learning. Just don’t tell them that! Among the skills they’ll learn…

Summer Program Costs & Payment Arrangements• We require a registration fee, which is non-refundable,

upon enrolling your child.

• Summer Program fees can be payroll deducted for Quad/Graphics employees.

• Super Summer Program tuition is eligible for dependent fl exible spending reimbursement.

• Community members must stay current on payments via personal check or through a fl exible spending plan. We’re sorry, but at this time we are not set up for electronic billing for community members.

• We accept W-2 assistance.

• Some fi eld trips incur an extra cost, which is noted on the calendar of events starting on page 5.

A 10% discount is given for each additional child age 3 and older.

A Typical DayWe pack our days full of fun, whether we’re heading out on a field trip or spending the day at the center. Every day is different, but in general here is what your child can expect.

Deductions: (Quad employees) Your tuition will be deducted by payroll in one of two ways, or through a combination of both:

Using Pre-Tax Dollars: Pre-Tax Dollars will be deducted from the weekly paycheck and applied towards tuition. If you choose this

method of payment you must sign up for this program in November of each year (during Open Enrollment) or if a change in family status has taken place. Forms are available in Employee Services or by contacting the ESConnection @ 1-866-275-3737.

Regular Payroll deduction: After Tax Dollars will be deducted from the weekly paycheck and applied to your tuition. The dollar amount

specified can be changed throughout the year. A Form may be obtained in your Daycare Center office, Employee Services or by contacting the ESConnection.

Payments:

Community parents are required to have tuition payments paid prior to services.
