PROJECT SUMMARY Total Site: 18,338m2 Workshop Area: 3,330m2 Office Area: 556m2 Canopy Area: 940m2 Corplex were engaged to Design and Construct the new Brisbane based Trailer Sales and Service facility for Vawdrey Australia. The warehouse boasts 30 bays available for servicing, 23 points have the capac- ity to service entire trailer combinations. New equipment installed includes, chas- sis straightening jigs, drive through spray paint booth, trailer wash bay, fiberglass repair bay, two five-tonne overheard gantry cranes and expanded fabrica- tion facilities. The office space is 556m2 single storey building with amenities and courtyard. A sophisticated storm water manage- ment system for run off water into envi- ronmental pods was developed for this project given the weather conditions to alleviate water aquaplane. LED lights have been installed through- out the entire building for energy efficiency.
