    CLINICAL APPLICATION ANALYST:Serves as a liaison between the clinical staff and the

    application team to develop, design and implement a

    comprehensive EHR.

    BUSINESS APPLICATION ANALYST:Serves as a liaison between the business staff and

    the application team and is responsible for the

    implementation of new functionalities, upgrades

    and modifications to EHR software.

    INFORMATION SYSTEMS SPECIALISTServes as a liaison between the users and clinical/busines

    application team to test software design and developcourse content, training materials and instruct end users.

    PNS CLINICAL APPLICATION ANALYSTAssists with the analysis, design, implementation

    and support for physician practices and community

    medical centers.

    *Applicant will be asked to complete an initial assessment

    which will help evaluate analytical and technical aptitude.

    1) Based on my experience,what is the best position forme?All available positions areoutlined online and includerequirements to help you betterunderstand the jobs available.Please review the posted positionsand apply for those positions forwhich you are interested andqualified. If you have anyquestions about a position,please contact our recruiter.

    2) What type of training willI receive? Once a candidate isselected, IT training will beprovided for clinical and businesssystems candidates. Training inhealth care terminology, workflowsand processes will be provided toIT candidates without health careexperience. Selected candidateswill also be provided extensiveEpic training at the Epicheadquarters in Verona, WIand required to obtain Epic

    certification.

    3) There are multiple positionslisted under the same title.Do I have to apply to all ofthe listings? If you apply for justone position for which you qualify,and the interview team feels youare a better fit for anotherposition, they will notify the otherteam of your interest.

    4) If I leave my department,will I be replaced? Joining theLMConnect team will require

    leaving your current job to workfull time in Information Services orin Physician Network SystemServices. We will need to continueour regular business activities, soyour director will work with HumanResources to fill the position youare leaving.

    5) As a part of the LMConnectTeam, who will be mysupervisor? The organizationalstructure for the Epic Team iscurrently being defined and willbe communicated prior to anyfinal job offer.

    6) When will theimplementation begin?The target date for hiring teammembers is November 2011with EPIC training scheduled forFebruary 2012.

    7) Will I have a job withinthe LMC system once theimplementation is complete?Following the go-live date, themajority of the new roles willremain regular positions. We

    hope you enjoy your new careerand choose to remain in your newposition; we understand, however,if you prefer to return to yourspecialty area. Human Resourceswill assist you by providing priorityplacement for those vacanciesmatching your qualifications,training and interest.

    8) What will happen to mypay? Our compensationphilosophy is to provide marketcompetitive pay for all ourpositions at LMC. We arecurrently researching varioussalary surveys to ensure that wehave the most up to date marketdata for these new roles.
