Deliver better services to our customers and staff

Staff feedback - current systems are clunky/don’t meet business needs

There are over 100 fragmented technology applications (HR, admin etc)

Can’t consolidate data easily - internal, State and Federal reporting

Current systems over 15 years old - costly, complicated, not integrated

Current systems not meeting current/future needs

Processes requiring business decisions will remain in the Institutes/ Portfolios
