In workshop 1 talked about being a launch leader and what that means. I talked about focus and how a lot of that is about the mindset of going all in on launch and trusting your results It means not going all in on multiple things at the same time.
But focus is not just about mindset… its about being intentional with how you work.I mean the DOING of everything you need to do for your launch….
Some people spend all their time on the wrong things - and this isn’t your fault. I know how easy it is to look around at all the people doing incredible launches and to think you need to do all the things too!
