RecipeStewed Fish with Mushrooms

Chop the fish into chunks, sprinkle over the salt, pepper and seasoning and place in a baking dish.

Finely chop the onions and fry on a high heat in the butter, remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Grate the cheese, and slice the mushrooms and garlic and mix with the onions, then stir in the mayonnaise.

Coat the fish in the mayonnaise and vegetable mix.

Place in a preheated oven (180°c) and cook for 30 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked through.

Žuvį supjaustykite norimo dydžio gabalėliais, užberkite prieskonių ir gabalėlius sudėkite į kepimo indą. Smulkiai supjaustykite svogūną ir pakepkite jį ant jau išsilydžiusio sviesto.

Kai svogūnas apskrus, patraukite nuo ugnies ir leiskite atvėsti. Sutarkuokite pievagrybius bei fermentinį sūrį ir į gautą masę įdėkite pakeptą svogūną bei kelis šaukštus majonezo.

Įspauskite česnako, įberkite prieskonių. Gautą masę gerai išmaišykite ir užtepkite ant žuvies gabalėlių.

Žuvį pašaukite į iki 180° įkaitintą orkaitę ir kepkite apie ~ 30 min., kol žuvies gabalėliai gražiai apskrus.
