Suggestions

Improving listening takes time, so don’t feel frustrated when you don’t understand. Don’t give yourself too much pressure.Don’t assume a time limit. (or you’ll feel pressure and frustrated easily)

As long as you keep practicing, you’ll improve slowly.Start from the easy contents.
