It was in 1948 when Raimondo Affaba, Managing Director of Lamber, establi-shed his first business in the sector of dairy equipment washing. A decade la-ter, he also started up a new company, which manufactured industrial washing machines for the hotel sector. Even at the time, Mr Affaba showed his strong vocation for innovation, a property that led his firm to a position of leadership among the producers of unit and sy-stem washing machines. Subsequently,
in 1976, with the contribution of his 5 children, the company LAMBER was established. Today the accent still lies on innovation, which now exploits cutting-edge information technology in the areas of design and manufacture - while keeping a close contact with the creative and careful input of the human being.

Lamber is since many years a leader com-pany in the Industrial Washing sector for the Public Catering.The experience gained since 1958 allows to Lamber to design ever since 1959 the first Belt-towing dishwasher and then to develop new technologies for the dishes washing.The first Dishwasher with pull-through rack was designed in 1978. The continuous rese-arch and the development of new products continue also today with the project of in-novative systems to be able to offer high quality and efficiency products.Thanks to a flexible productive capacity,
equipped with the most advanced pro-duction systems, Lamber has succeeded in becoming an important reality in its sector. The new belt towing dish-washers are the result of careful researches and of a con-siderable engagement of means and hu-man resources.The new LINEAR machines are able to sa-tisfy the greatest washing demands gran-ting also a very cheap working process.Speed, power, safety, resistance, high per-formance are only some of the qualities of these machines: they can grant an high hygiene and functionality in washing a big amount of dishes, cups, glasses and trays.

LINEAR 40-ek CVCP/R-MAL
An extractable filter, placed in the inter-mediate area, collects the remaining dirt.The inclination of the tank’s bottom gua-rantees a constant cleaning of the area during the whole working cycle.
Entry and exit tables, with rounded edges and ergonomic design, are provided with a support to put the dishes.
The limit stop system blocks the belt’s functioning if dishes or objects are not removed when exiting.

WASHING ARMSWITH BALANCED JET
The electronic control panel, with a new design, assures a simple and immediate employment of the machine functions. The electronic display punctually informs with precision about washing opera-tions. It’s located in the upper part of the machine, so it can be easily inspected. 4 different PCB boards govern the temperatures display, the control panel and the machine’s operating functions. This allows to have reduced costs for maintenance and intervention on the machine. The advantages of the electronic controls allow a constant monitoring of the diffe-rent washing phases and, by the information display, it’s possible to visualize all the information in a more immediate and complete way. The “SERVICE” function allows to pro-gram the maintenance interventions
that have to be done on the ma-chine, according to the kind of use. This allows to keep always efficient the dishwasher, by avoiding working interruptions due to a short maintenance.The available control parameters are the followings :CALL SERVICE : it allows to fix after how many hours of utilization the dishwasher’s maintenance has to be done. The para-metercanberegulated from0 to2500hours.STOP MACHINE (YES-NOT) : This pa-rameter allows to stop the machine after 50 hours of working since the flashing word‘’CALLSERVICE’’appearedonthedisplay. The maintenance of the machine so must be done.Complete functioning : this parameter records the total working hours of the machine from the moment it has been installed. Partial functioning : this parameter al-lows to record the working hours since the last carried out maintenance.

AUTOTIMER• The AUTOTIMER device makes it possible to reduce water and power consumption in case the machine is not used. As a matter of fact, it enables to automatically stop washing, rinsing and sliding operation .
RINSE WITH OPTIMIZED CONSUMPTION Thisdevice(standardonallmodels)allows to regulate the rinse water con-sumption according to the dishwasher’s variable speed. At the minimum speed the consumption is about 20% lowerthen the second speed. So it’s possible to have a considerable saving of water and Detergent according to the diffe-rent productivity requirements.

Most dirt settles in the pre-wash area. Filters of pre-wash area can be remo-ved and cleaned during the normal working cycle of the dishwasher without stopping the other wash and pre-rinse phases.

Insulated boilerin stainless steel
All components in stainless ste-el and a S.S. 3mm thick chassis guarantee high reliability and long life. All components are ea-sily accessible from the front of the dishwasher. The drawn tanks and the S.S. wash-pumps guaran-tee excellent washing results. The proposed technological solutions are the result of many years of

Lamber’s belts are madein solid material, high temperatures resistant, non-deformable and easy to handle. The standard width is 625mm. It’s pos-sible to have a width of 850mm for the models of theLINEARek-Llargeser-ies. The opening height is 430mm. A particular care has been taken about the belt’s colour, that easily highlights the belt during its movement.
Standard belt for the most ordinary kind of kitchenware, with a distance be-tween the spikes of 60mm. It’s fit for soup/plates and ordinary ware. The orange central spike has been designed for the hooking of trays and plane pans. This kind of belt is fit also for Gastronorm and Euronorm trays and for other kind of plane trays.
Special beltsThey are designed to suit the different shapes of the ob-jects to wash.The different spikes are assembled in different ways with the aid of special rollers and spacers.
Belt for thermal traysThis belt is compatible and adaptable to the different models of trays available on the market.The distance between the spikes is120mmwithanheight of 90mm.

HEAT RECOVERER TO COUPLE WITH CVM FOR RINSING INLETThis system allows to feed the machine with cold water.An electric fan con-veys the hot air of the drying and the steams coming from the tanks to an heat exchanger that warms the cold feeding wa-ter up to reach approx 35÷40°C.
The system ex-ploits the heat produced in the cooling cycle, which allows to constantly rege-nerate energy
from the hot air produced in the machi-ne, to preheat the rinsing water. This de-vice allows to feed the machine with cold water, so as to save a lot of energy ( up to 23kWwiththebasicmodel,upto32kWwithsuperiormodels).Theextractedairis so cooled and dehumidified that it can be fed back into the working room thus improving considerably the ambient conditions of the dishwashing area. The output air temperature is in fact nearly 18°-22°C.
Besides the saving about thewashingsystem, there is also one concerning the additional costs for a connection to a ventilation/extraction system in the di-shwashing area to create optimum wor-king conditions. The system exploits the functioning principle of the Heat Pump to heat the rinsing water. The hot air and the steam which come out from the machine are sucked by the pipe coil and give their heat to the water that flows in the pipes. Then the water goes through a heat exchanger, part of the cooling cycle fed by the Heat Pump. This plate-type exchanger gives the heat to the wa-ter that comes from the pipes of the pi-pe coil.This pump can be installed to all Lamber’swithBelt-towingDishwashers.
