We have the skills and knowledge, with a Bachelor in Graphic Design and Diploma in Photography, we are dedicated to creating a memory that will live on forever.

WE PLAY, WE HAVE FUN

We will spend the morning or afternoon at your home or on location documenting your true personalties. Its just you and the camera, showcasing your everyday life. It might be a picnic and play on the beach, a trip to the ice-cream shop or in the comfort of your own home. Any activity that you like doing and has meaning to you will produce wonderful images. Its always nice to have 2-3 locations allowing the kids to play and explore.

A great way to capture the milestones at different times in your life. This package includes four mini sessions over a period of 14 months. Whether it be a maternity journey, capturing the stages of your pregnancy, or your babys first years; sleeping, sitting, crawling and walking.

Sessions can be either in your home, or at an outdoor location. You could also incorporate the sesons of the year, Summer, Winter, Spring and Autumn, the options are endless. Youll also have the option of adding a full session on top of the four mini sessions at a reduced price. For example, four maternity sessions, followed by a full newborn session.

be delivered on USB, well also arrange a suitable time so that you

have the opportunity to view our carefully selected products that will

preserve your memories for years to come. We will guide you with

recommendations for your photo products that will enhance your

living space showcasing the special connections your hold.

discuss what youd like to get out of the session. We encourage you

to be involved in the planning of your session, after all they are your

photos! Youll be provided with guide one locations, what to wear and

much more great tips and tricks to make your session perfect.

LET S BOOK IT INWeve discussed your options and your ready to book. We find a

time and location suitable to your needs and style of photography. In

order to reserve your day a non-refundable session fee must be paid.

IT S SHOOT TIMEIts time to relax and enjoy the session, while I take care of capturing

the sentimental connection and bond your have. Your session can

take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. There is really no rush, or

limit, we will work with you until Im truly satisfied with the photos.

HOW DO I BOOKYou can give us a call on 0412 260 689 or head to our website, www.lilacodesigns.com and complete the online booking form.

PREPARATION GUIDE AND STYLING CONSULTATIONEvery session is custom designed, giving you the ability to get exactly what you are looking for out of your session. We provide consultation via phone or email. This includes suggestions on clothing choices, location and other tips and tricks. Youll receive this information via email, when you book your session.

SESSION FEESession fee includes up to 6 people, unless specified within this price guide. The session fee includes digital files as per detailed in this guide.

DEPOSITPlease note there is a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your session time and is due when you book your session.

AFTER YOUR SESSION Please allow 1-3 weeks for editing and processing time. Youll have the option of choosing an in house product session, obligation free, to view our range of products for the home.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONSIf you are unable to make your scheduled appointment you may move your schedule session date once. Times and dates can be limited. Please contact me at least 48 hours prior to your session date to reschedule, and I will happily apply your deposit toward your re-scheduled date(s). If you do not contact me before the 48 hour deadline to let me know you will not be able to make your date, I will be forced to keep your non-refundable deposit,

as I will be unable to fill your canceled session with a replacement client on such short notice. If you are scheduled for an outdoor shoot and its raining, or there is lightning your shoot will be rescheduled without penalty and we will re-schedule. We do not reschedule sessions due to overcast or cloudy weather.

TRAVEL Prices include travel to the Mackay district, outside travel fees will apply. Please give us a call for a price.

SESSION TIMESAn hour & half before sunset or an hour & half after sunrise is the best time to schedule photographs. The light is perfect at this time, with no harsh shadows or squinting. Morning newborn studio sessions are about 9/10 am.

COPYRIGHT NOTICEPlease be aware of the following: Christal Giblett, (Trading as Lilaco Designs) reserves the right to retain copyright unless otherwise previously discussed. It is a requirement that prior to a session, a copyright release form be signed and/or approved by the parent or guardian (if under 18 years). Please note that by purchasing digital images with Lilaco Designs you agree to purchase the copies only. The copyright belongs to Lilaco Designs. This means that you can not in any way alter or edit the image. You cannot sell the image for profit or use the image for advertising unless written permission is given. As an artist, I would like complete control over the final output of my images to ensure quality. When images are printed or scanned poorly, this not only affects my artistic reputation, but does not ensure the image is represented in a way that was intended. In ordering files a print release will be supplied. I can not guarantee the quality of the images when printed through any lab unless purchased through Lilaco
