    Article 67.

    Emulsion liquer is drink made of distillate agricultural extraction or refined ethanol agricultural

    extraction, sugar and water by adding eggsor milk, or milk products, chocolate or cocoa. In emulsion

    liquers fabrication is allowed use of stabilisers.

    Article 68.

    Emulsion liquer which is put in commerce must to fulfill next demands:

    1. content of all sugar must be at least 100g per l expressed as total invert, except at milk andmilk products emulsion liquer where content of all sugar must be at least 150 g per l

    expressed as total invert:

    2. content of ethanol must be at least 15% v/v.

    Artical 69.

    Depending of the content of added raw material, emulsion liquer places in the commerce as:

    emulsion liquer with eggs, emulsion liquer with milk, cream liquer with eggs, cream liquer with

    milk.

    Artical 70.

    Emulsion liquer with eggs is drink made of destillate agricultural extraction or refined ethanol

    agricultural extraction, sugar and water by adding eggs or egg powder. Sugar can be replaced with

    honey. Content of the yolks must be at least 70g per l.

    Emulsion liquer with eggs can contain word extrain the name of the product, but in that case content

    of yolk must be at least 140 g per l.

    Emulsion liquer with milk is drink made of agricultural extraction or refined ethanol agricultural

    extraction, sugar and water by adding fresh milk or milk products or their mix.

    Cream liquer with milk is drink made of agricultural extraction or refined ethanol agricultural

    extraction, sugar and water by adding fresh milk or milk products, chocolate, cocoa or their mix.

    Content of milk or milk products must be at least 200 ml per l, content of ethanol at least 15% v/v,

    and content of sugar at least 200g per l.

    Artical 71.

    Mixed liquer (cocktail) is dring made of two or more liquer types or more types of alcohol drinks.

    For mixed liquers (cocktails) manufacturer has obligation to bring manufactured specification.

    Mixed liquer must to contain at least 100 g per l of total sugar expressed as total invert and ethanol at

    least 15% v/v.

    For mixed liquers (cocktails) manufacturer has obligation to specified names of liquers which were

    used for making mixed liquer in declaration, sorting by used quantity.

    Artical 72.

    Punch is special liquer made of rum or homemade rum, sugar and herbal extracts. Homemade punch

    is special liquer made of homemade rum, sugar and herbal extracts.

    In punch manufacture can be used lemon acid and edible plants peel.

    Punch and homemade punch have to contain at least 100 g per l of total sugar expressed as total

    invert and ethanol at least 40% v/v.

    Article 73.

    By the name of dessert liquer drinks are put in commerc drinks made of fermented or partially

    fermented fruit juices or vegetable juices by adding herbal extracts made of maceration or

    destillation refined ethanol agricultural extraction, sugar and water.

    Article 74.

    Dessert liquer drinks must fulfill next demands of quality:

    1. content of fruit juice or vegetable juice or their mix must be at least 40% m/m;2. content of ethanol must be at least 15% v/v;3. content of total extract must be at most 250 g per l.
