We have the tendency to wait before we change our behavior and our act. We wait for more insight, a better feeling, more support, a better situation. Maybe we do all this because we do not like to take responsibility and we do not like change. On the other hand we do not really need more information; we know enough!

In general: At the root of our Lifestyle program is Minimum-Optimum
In general 1: Our lifestyle program for greater vitality is unique, bacause it is based on a very simple fact:The ‘Law’ of minimum-optimum. What we mean by ‘minimum-optimum’ is that in all of nature we can see that an optimal result is achieved with a minum of effort.Minimum-optimum nourishment for example is a diet which is easy to ingest and digest and easy to eliminate.Our recommandation to walk for half an hour also falls in this category; the results are great and benifial and the effort is minimal.Minimum-optimum ,with its’s energie saving, means that we teach people to economize their lives in all areas of living: minum effort, with great and optimum results.

In general 2. You eat economicaly, you move economicaly, you work economicaly, etc..
This energy saving way of living is (since times past) thé great secret of a vital and healthy life and rejuvantion. In our program this principle is expressed through the living of a regenerative lifestyle instead of the energy consuming and degenerative way most people tend to live their lives, leading to the many degenerative diseases that we suffer.
Our program is not only interesting and insightful, it also presupposes an active participation of our clients. It shows that change only occurs for real if we actually change our act and DO something different. Our program is very practical and effective. You don’t only feel good, you actually do something different and the effects are measurable!.
Our program is especially effective because it integrates all the elements that through all times have been used in many cultures.
