W arren as constable of Fletcher precinct, Nez Perce county, Idaho, said petition having been duly examined and consid- ered it is hereby ordered that said authority to erect and miantain and take tolls on a public ferry over and across the Clearwater river at the town of Spalding, in the county of Nez Perce, state of Idaho. Two o'clock being the time set for the hearing and consideration of amended application of said Hogan & Wann, a motion was filed bv F. H. Burleigh, attorney for S. G. Fisher, to dismiss said amended application, which, having been heard and duly considered by the board, was overruled. Commissioner Johnson dissenting. Whereupon the amended appli- cation having been previously tiled, was presented to the board by McFarland,Esq., attorney for Hogan & Wann, which, after due consid- eration and the 01 al evidence of F. west of north of the south j landing.
