She has had tremendous success in all of these areas within the Communication Studies department and I am confident that she will excel in any work environment because of her creativity, her attention to detail, and her strong work ethic. There are many examples that I can share that exemplify these qualities. A recent one is when Michele interned for me last year for the Communication Studies department. She was the first student to receive an internship with our department and she was able to start from the “ground up,” which has set the standard for future interns. Michele essentially developed our internship program for the department. She created programing, workshops, marketed our department, developed intern manuals, and much more. Michele was innovative, was able to work independently, and was able to complete tasks in a timely manner. Michele did a wonderful job for us and created a position for future students to follow. As a student and person, Michele is the best. She was a leader in my classroom and worked in a team-centered environment well! Her writing and speaking skills are excellent. Michele is a problem solver and uses critical thinking skills to finds solutions. She is strategic in her communication with others and knows how to create messages effectively according to her audience’s needs. As an employee, I am certain these skills will be transferable. You should know that her energy is contagious! You will not regret hiring this charismatic individual!
