Vision
At Telecentre-Europe we believe we can help create relevant and scalable approaches towards achieving e-Inclusion for the next 292 million Europeans – i.e. all of those who lack Basic ICT skills today.

Membership
80 organisations in 53 nations, from every continental area across the world. The 33 European nations are represented on the Telecentre-Europe online community by around 50 local, regional and national telecentre networks, which between them include more than 25,000 telecentres.

Get Online Day
On 4 March 2010 Telecentre-Europe held the first ever European Get Online Day. More than 50,000 people were reached by the campaign on the day itself, in 42 European countries, and the online counter recorded a total number of 68,253 people during the whole of EC eSkills Week 2010.

Annual telecentre summit
13-14 October 2010 Budapest. The Telecentre-Europe Summit 2009 took place in October in Istanbul and was attended by 90 members of the network. The Summit continued the success of the Telecentre Leaders Forum, held in Riga in 2008 where the network was established.

Employment toolkit
Telecentre-Europe has facilitated a successful partnership between network member organizations that led to Key Competences for All.This project proposes to support enhancement of basic Key Competences of Low Qualified Adults in order to improve their Employability, by means of an alternative learning approach.

Staff exchanges
We aim at providing access both online and offline to knowledge-sharing. The exchange face-to-face visits highly contribute at better cooperation and interaction between member organizations. 15 staff exchanges were organizedinvolving 25 organizations from 20 European countries.
