that all interested bidders attend.
CONTRACT TYPEBids will be based on a single lump sum general construction

BID STIPULATIONS:
Bid Security is required in the amount of Ten percent (10%) ofProposal, made payable unconditionally to the Owner. Securityshall be certified check, cashier's check or bid bond issued by
surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Illinois.
Within ten (10) days after notification of award of contract, thesuccessful Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond and
Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract andthe payment of all obligations arising thereunder using a formsimilar to the AIA 312 Form, or one acceptable to Owner. The
Performance Bond will become a part of the Contract.
The failure of the successful bidder to enter into contract andsupply the required bond and Certificates of Insurance within
ten (10) days after the prescribed forms are presented forsignature, or within such extended period as the Owner may
grant, shall constitute a default.
The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids,to waive any informalities and irregularities in any bid, or to
make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
