RENOVATIONSunderwayColonie Center is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar center-wide renovation. These upgrades are designed with our patrons in mind and will work to enhance and modernize their overall shopping experience. The attention to detail and personal touches seen throughout the upgrades will tranform the look and feel of Colonie Center as a modern, family-friendly shopping destination.

Earlier this year, lower level restrooms and a state-of-the art family lounge were completed. Facilities were added to accommodate the increased shopper base and provide necessary ammenities for shoppers with young children including nursing rooms and a television lounge.

By Fall of 2015, Colonie Center’s center court, food court, soft seating areas and upper level restroom renovations will be complete. The new designs will help to offer patrons an unparalleled shopping destination in the region.
