From Loyalty Points to Learning Credits
CISCO LEARNING CREDITS
• Customer Requests redemption as LC
• CLC PM approves the transfer and assign in LCMT
• Conversion is 100 points = 1 LC• Credits are available
Education!
• Learning Partner can use as regular LCs
• Customer will see the consumption as regular LCs
CISCO CUSTOMER
LOYALTY
• Reward points are assigned based on orders• Set up in the CCLT, periodically (currently
quarterly)• Customer Team Captain is notified of available
loyalty points
