The Results
A globally distributed technology services firm with 220,000 employees used our learning and certification process to transform their talent development practices.
Over the period of three years, 200 HR team members achieved certification. As part of the certification process, each participant led an HR innovation project to advance the human capital outcomes of their business.
This investment alone delivered over a 10x return in program outcomes.

Problem: Scale a personalized career management system with
integration to workforce planning
Solution & Results: Designed the architecture for a technology-
enabled career management system which put the power of
managing one’s career in the hands of employees while providing
managers accurate insights on their employee’s skills and aspirations.
Problem: Reduce attrition rates of participants enrolled in first-line
supervisor leadership development programs
Solution & Results: Before the evidence-based redesign effort, 60%
of the participants failed to complete the program. Using research on
transfer of training, the program leader skillfully involved managers
and coworkers in building a learning ecosystem. These design
modifications resulted in substantially improved completion rates.

The Results
Anne-Marie is the lead HR Business Partner for a diversified family owned-business in the middle-east. She was tasked with transforming the firm’s talent management practices.
In the course of completing her Certified Talent Management Practitioner Certification (CTMP), Anne-Marie redesigned the firm’s entire talent management system. This investment saved the organizations over $200,000 in consulting fees, while rapidly transforming their critical talent management practices.

Examples of HR Transformation Projects
Problem: The family-owned business was stagnating due to
misalignment among the owners. Employees felt they lacked
opportunities to advance, leading to discontent and disengagement.
Solution & Results: Anne-Marie worked with the Group CEO and his
leadership team to develop an integrated talent strategy. Over the
course of 18 months, she redesigned her firm’s approach to talent
attraction, rewards and recognition, leadership development, and
succession planning. Anne-Marie stated during her project evaluation
that she tested ideas as part of the required project work in the
certification process. She used the outcomes to influence her CHRO
in favor of adopting a specific practice.
This case study shows that organizations looking to transform their
HR practices can do so by combining learning with experimentation
