rECENt trANsACtIoNsGreenville, South Carolina: Earle Furman, Jr. SIOR, Alexi Papapieris & John Staunton of NAI Earle Furman represented CapCar Realty 1.1, LLC in selling a 123,334 SF industrial building located at 2200 Poinsett Highway.

Greenville, South Carolina: Glenn Batson of NAI Earle Furman represented the owner of 609 South Washington Avenue in selling a 16,000 SF industrial building. Batson also represented the landlord of Saluda Park on Highway 153 in leasing two 4,680 SF industrial spaces. Arc Labs, LLC and Top Level Management Services will occupy the spaces.

Greenville, South Carolina: John Baldwin of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord of 101 Milledge Road in renewing Perrigo’s 98,200 SF lease. The property is located at the SC Technology and Aviation Center (SC-TAC).

Mauldin, South Carolina: Grice Hunt, Ford Borders, SIOR and John Staunton of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the landlord in leasing a 95,000 SF of warehouse space in the Trinity Commerce Center located at 1312 Old Stage Rd in Simpsonville. NAI Earle Furman is pleased to announce that Jon A. Good has been named Chief Executive Officer effective January of 2012. Company founder Earle Furman remains as Chairman, Broker-in-Charge and Executive Committee Member. A Greenville native, Good is a graduate of Furman University and has been with the firm since January of 2000, including serving two previous terms on the firm’s Executive Committee. He has served as Director of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors and was named Commercial Realtor of the Year in 2003. “We are thrilled to elevate Jon to the CEO position,” said Earle Furman. “His experience as a top-producing broker, as well as being a key player in management of the firm will enable him to help our company achieve its vision.”

Participants are selected through an application process based upon their past involvement in the community and their ability to set and achieve high personal goals.

In 2005 Keith joined NAI Earle Furman, LLC as a broker in the Office Division. Keith is currently in the process of completing his CCIM designation, Certified Commercial Investment Member. He assists landlords and tenants in the sale and lease of office properties primarily in the Greenville Suburban market. He has participated in over 150 transactions totaling over $25 million in value since 2008. He also received the COSTAR Power Broker Award in 2006, 2007, 2009, & 2010.
