But more often than not we are totally unprepared to deal with everything that is in the way. It doesn’t have to be that way. The 8 Steps of Leading Change are a reliable map to guide you through this challenging and rewarding process. I am offering this workshop for you as part of a commitment to myself to work some 10 days per year with students who have passion for the subject as well as helping organizations who serve society but cannot afford to pay for my service. I am looking forward to 2 fun days learning about change together with you.“ WHY?
