Path/GoalThe track is like path/goal leadership because in order to get to you destination you need to follow the path that is front of you. Sometime the path is windy, straight, hilly. It is how you get to the goal that counts.

Situational LeadershipSituational Leadership is like the road condition. Riders must adjust to his surroundings. Due to the surroundings, a rider must able to adapt and react quickly and safely to the atmosphere that is coming up.

Trait LeadershipTrait Leadership is like the bike you ride. Each bike is made for a different kind of rider. They all have different personalities and made for different purposes. What is you personality.

Authentic LeadershipThe authentic leadership is your engine. No matter what bike you ride the engine is what stays the same and is what is going to get you started. Engine represents be yourself if you make too many alteration you will not start.

Or if you hold your brake you cause you motorcycle to burnout .As a Narsistic Leadership you need to control yourself so you would still be a great leader.

Transactional Leadership is taking the Motorcycle Safety Course because they give you a coach and teach you to be a safe rider. You are in a constant transaction between the rider and the coach. You learn to respect the bike, yourself, other drivers and riders, and your surroundings. They teach you how to survive.
