I’m Lauren-Ashley a graphic designer by day and crafter by night. A strong work ethic is one of my many super powers. I’m dedicated dependable and always ready to help and assume other responsibilities as they come along. As the print production/graphic designer for Empower Woman Publications I achieved success by strategically designing in both print and digital formats for editorial layouts and marketing/event collateral. I worked closely with advertisers to make sure their visions were interpreted through my designs. By prioritizing projects and organizing my schedule I met deadlines in a fast-paced environment while improving the overall look of the publications.

While working at the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District I use my multi-tasking skills to answer phones, register customer for classes as well as design flyers, re-design forms, and event materials for the marketing department. In the past, I have also taken photography for our events in the summer to use in the brochure.

I’m confident that my design experience has prepared me for making an immediate contribution and a valuable addition to the Park Ridge Library.
