NEW
FOR 2017
For several years, FPP has organized High School Road Shows outside of Latin
America, and individual High School Visits in Latin America. Due to the success
of these Road Shows and Visits, as well as client demand, FPP is offering a
dedicated Latin America High School Road Show for the first time this October.
The Latin America High School Road Show is an excellent way to meet well
qualified and interested students, while building relationships with school
counselors at the very best schools in four key Latin American cities. All visited
schools are private high schools that we feel have the best profile for overseas
study - a tradition of high achieving students studying abroad; excellence in
teaching, and high approval levels at major universities.
Over the last 20 years, FPP EDU Media has grown to become the world’s largest
student recruitment event organizer with staff in ten countries, including four
countries within Latin America.
FPP has been organizing Student Fairs in Latin America semi-annually since
2002, covering several countries including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile,
Ecuador, Mexico, Panama and Peru. These Fairs have grown to become the
largest in terms of exhibitor numbers and cities visited per year, and are
renowned for attracting high-quality students. FPP has been the chosen fair
organizer in Latin America, for EduCanada and Education New Zealand from
2014 to 2017, and for Austrade from 2016 to 2017, hosting the official fairs of
those respective government associations.

NEW FOR 2017
As a region, Latin America is seeing an unprecedented number of student
recruiters heading its way. Increased levels of English proficiency and higher per
capita incomes have cemented this region as an attractive market to recruit
international students.
With so many dynamic and fluctuating international student markets in one
region, it can be tricky to determine which countries are worth investing in.
Colombia sends over 27,000 students abroad for higher education each year.
This number has increased by 50% over the last decade. Within Colombia,
tertiary enrolments have grown even faster, with the number of students
enrolling more than doubling from 2003 to 2013 to over two million. Medellin
with a population of over 3.5 million, has been rated as the most innovative city
in the world. Bogota - the fourth largest city in South America - holds more
schools and universities than any other city in Colombia, with high academic
levels to reflect this.
Ecuador is one of the smallest countries in South America with a population of
around 13 million, of which 13,000 students continue their higher education
abroad each year. Politically and economically, Ecuador is a very stable country.
Guayaquil is the country's largest city, acting as the commercial and industrial
center of Ecuador. While Quito, the capital, is more of a cosmopolitan city,
boasting great cultural diversity.

ABOUT THE ROAD SHOW
.
At each school, exhibitors meet with the school’s counselor, before
setting-up for the school’s mini-fair. At the school’s request and
time-permitting, representatives may have the opportunity to give a
presentation to the school’s assembled students prior to the mini-fair.
The number of exhibiting universities is strictly limited to 18, to ensure
each university is well-promoted and a close-knit group of travelling
representatives.
We take care of the planning, organisation and management of all
aspects of the Road Shows to provide a comfortable carefree tour.
