Lasagne Recipe1. Cut up a kg boneless chicken into cubes. Fry it in 3 tablespoon spoon and 1 spoon garlic powder on medium heat till the chicken turns white. Add 3 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1 Maggie chicken cube dissolved in cup of water, a pinch salt, 1 teaspoon soya sauce and 1 teaspoon vinegar to the chicken and mix it till it cooks. Then add 2 tablespoon oregano.2. For the white sauce: Mix 3 tablespoon white flour in 2 tablespoon oil till it becomes a smooth mixture. Then add 1 litre (3-4 cups) of milk to the mixture. Cook it and make sure that there are no lumps. When the mixture is smooth, add the following to the mixture:1 teaspoon black pepper,1 teaspoon salt,1 teaspoon vinegar,2 teaspoon soya sauce,1 teaspoon Chinese salt aka ajinomoto aka mono sodium glutamate and4 tablespoon mayonnaise.3. Vegetables. Cut up 3 medium onions into cubes. Cut up 4 medium Capsicums (bell pepper) into cubes too. Separately, fry each of them in a little oil till they are numb, but not completely soft.4. Add the vegetables to the chicken mixture. Add1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 2 tablespoon oregano, 1/3 cup of ketchup, 1 teaspoon chilli powder (for less chilli), 1 tablespoon soya sauce and 1 teaspoon vinegar to the mixture.5. Boil the lasagne sheets, preferably the rectangular shaped ones and around 9-10 of them depending on the size of the sheets and the dish.6. Take a rectangular dish. Cover it with aluminium foil. Pour the white sauce first, then place the lasagne sheets, and then put the chicken and vegetables mixture on it and then pour the white sauce again and the sheets and make layers repeating this process. After the final layer, cover it with grated mozzarella cheese.7. Bake for 15-20 min.DONE:] :D
