Perkenalkan nama saya Claudia Arinta Ryanto. Saya berkuliah di Unika
Soegijapranata Semarang jurusan akuntansi. Sehubungan dengan penelitian skripsi saya yang
berjudul “Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Sistem Pengendalian
Manajemen Terhadap Kinerja Manajerial pada Hotel Berbintang di Kota Semarang”,
maka saya memohon kesediaan Bapak/Ibu Manajer Divisi untuk meluangkan waktu dalam
mengisi kuesioner ini. Saya berharap Bapak/Ibu dapat mengisi kuesioner ini dengan sebaik –

pengukuran (lihat tabel).
2. Responden diharapkan membaca terlebih dahulu deskripsi masing – masing pernyataan

3. Sistem Reward
Bagian ini berkaitan dengan sistem reward pada hotel Bapak/Ibu. Sistem reward terdiri dari
