Create a pdf of the webpage you created and submit on MoodleProcedure

Use last weeks lab as a template

Create a folder in which you have at least two images saved

Create an html file the same way you did last week. Use the list of requirements above to create your web page

Use web resources such as http://www.w3schools.com/html/ to help you create forms and other feature of your page.
