Our Explore 2 Learn Study Tour

programme is a short term

domestic or international

exposure of students to

significant activities and learning

events wherein Filipino and

foreign alike gain both

knowledge development and

inter-cultural understanding.

Furthermore, students travel to a

foreign country and immerse

themselves into local

communities, educational institutions, local companies,

government ofces and non-

governmental organizations for a

minimum of 1 week and

maximum of 1 month.

The program itineraries vary

depending on the background of

the students and the

requirements of the

universities/colleges as this

may serve as part of the

curricular activities.

With this, students are

expected to acquire key

learning points from visited

institutions, as well as

certificates of participation,

accreditation and learning

enhancement program

This programme aims toe n h a n c e t h e g l o b a lc o m p e t i t i v e n e s s a n dunderstanding of our studentsthrough their exposure andinteraction in a foreign country;and to develop values,competencies, discipline, and

attitude as students relate todifferent cultures in a foreignenvironment.

For Filipino students goingabroad, this program is in linewith the Commission on

H i g h e r E d u c a t i o n ’ sInternational Linkages andTwinning Program.

With this CHED’s program,the local bonafide student of a Philippine University willofficially be enrolled and willbe an official student of adesignated University abroada s a p p r o v e d b y t h eCommission on Higher Education of the Republic of

the Philippines.

International provides freeofficial trip for the local

university representative to

conduct ocular visit and actualevaluation of the exchange

experience of the students.

Quality Talent Pre-selection Stage

• L.A. International provides the shortlist of ICEP offers along with itsrequired Human Talent Profile, Learning Program, Training-Plan Manual,Development Exposure, and Program Timeline from the Foreign Partner

• Partner School reviews and recommends applicants who passed their own selection;

Customized Application Stage• Human Talent must provide School Certification required entailing that

applicant is a bonafide Human Talent of the school before and after theprogram

• Fill out Application Form

• Create a 2-minute Video Resume

• Interview with L.A.

• Partner schools get informed of First Cycle passers

• Interview with Training Coach

• Interview with Prospect Exposure Supervisor/Employer

Cost-Efficient Admission Stage

• After Application Stage, passers shall be given a Training Order and/or

Confirmation Contract to be signed by Human Talents that will include:• Education/Training Program

• Job Description

• Accommodation Condition

• Allowance Details

• Upon Agreement of the Training Order, L.A. and the Human Talent alongwith parents will sign and or provide the following:

• Contract Confirmation

• Statement of Understanding

• Waiver

• Affidavit of Parental Consent and Disclaimer

• Return Guarantee MOA with Parents

• Medical, Drug, and Psychological Tests

• Insurances

• other documents deemed necessary by the Foreign Partner and his/her respective school

• Pay PHP15,000.00 Registration Fee

Meticulous Consular and Legal Processing Stage

• Servicing of Human Talents’ visa applications and other logisticalprocedures such as,

• Invitation letters and all other documents deemed necessary for visaapplication

• Facilitation of documents sending to the embassy.

• Booking of Air Tickets and Accommodation during visa application

• Logistical Assistance before, during and after Visa Interview

Training and Preparation Stage• Cultural Preparation/Seminar/Orientation for the Human Talents to be

more confident, savvy and equipped in an exchange abroad.

Consistent Servicing Stage

• Effective communication and feedback management from our stakeholders; Foreign Partner, School Administration, and Parents andHuman Talents.

• Pre-Mid-Post Evaluations for the Foreign Partners, the School and theHuman Talents

Debriefing Stage

• Final Performance and Experience Assessment of the Human Talentsthroughout the program duration.
