Nov 2005-Nov 2015 Trident Tooling Pty. Ltd. (Now Trident Plastics (SA) Pty. Ltd.)

IT Manager Initially responsible for Trident Tooling Pty. Ltd. (Adelaide, South

Australia) and Active Plastic Industries Pty. Ltd. (Melbourne, Victoria) Ltd my role was subsequently broadened to encompass Trident Plastics (SA)

Pty. Ltd. (Adelaide, South Australia) and Trident Tooling NA LLC. ( Detroit, North America).

This role involves the management and administration of all four entities’

systems including servers, operating systems, applications, remote access, hardware, disaster recovery and security as well as all

telecommunications.

I provide support for all platforms and departments including finance and production systems, cad, live systems receiving customer orders and

various standard applications such MS Office and various mrp systems. This has recently seen the development and implementation of Microsoft Project Server 2007 to assist the business in planning and managing all client projects. This technology makes use of Microsoft Sharepoint Server 2007. Sharepoint services is also employed to host our internal Intranet at all sites. I recently completed the migration and integration of three domains into a single domain with a single Exchange 2007 server.

April 2003 to October 2005 Hatch Associates

On Site Coordinator – One Steel, Whyalla Based at the OneSteel site in Whyalla I was responsible for the full administration and support of Windows 2000 Network, including Windows 2000 Server, Exchange 5.5, Shiva RAS, Citrix Remote Desktop, Windows95, NT4 and 2000 Workstations. This role was very diversified and involved full support of the above systems and services as well as support of numerous software packages and audio visual equipment.
