SMART: Objectives SMART: Objectives Develop policy guidelines for ICZM, emphasis on water
resources, derived from the seven case studies using a common methodology.
• TOPICS: Conflicting water use and Resource economics, sustainable development
• TOOLS: Quantitative analysis GIS, models, and expert systems in parallel case studies
• RESULTS: – Summary and policy level analysis by Indicators– Public information, Internet dissemination– Collaborative network within and between countries
