His research interests include sustainability of service, neuro-marketing using Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) technology, motivation management for service employees, and innovative organization design. He has published in the Int. J of Technology Management, Int. J of Automotive Technology Management, Int. J of Innovation and technology management, and other Japanese research papers. He will present his paper at Frontiers in Service Conference, QUIS12, and Transformative Service Conference on June 2011. He presented his papers at PICMET (Portland International Conference on Management of Engineering and Technology) in every years from 2005, as well as other conferences. Research interest Service sustainability, Service innovation strategy, Motivation management for R&D personnel, Innovation management, and Entrepreneur organization design. 現在, 北陸先端科学技術大学院大学(JAIST)知識科学系准教授.2009年に東京大学大学院総合文化研究科広域科学専攻博士課程を修了.博士(学術).2009年 JAISTの助教を経て 2012年より現職. 2010年からテキサス州立大学マーケティング研究科において客員研究員.サービスマーケティング研究者である Raymond Fisk教授と共同研究を開始.現在は人間のウェルビーイングに焦点を当てたサービス研究領域である Transformative Service Researchを推進.これまでに持続可能性をテーマにしたサービス活動のあり方について先進的地域コミュニティ活動を対象に研

究.他にも,技術系企業・サービス企業の組織活性化に関する実証的研究,産学協同で脳計測
