Ten (10) years of versatile experience in Process FEED and EPC Design, Commissioning and Start-ups, Safety and Environmental Design of many projects related to Refineries, Gasification, Petrochemical and NG Liquefaction (LNG). Summary of Accomplishments (Role – Process / Project Engineer):

Developed PFD’s, P&ID’s & their associated LDT’s. Heat & Material Balance & Equipment sizing. Performed process calculations and prepared process datasheets. Proficient in Process Simulation Software HYSIS. Lead and coordinated P&ID internal and client reviews. Participated in the HAZOP / HAZID review and coordinated action items into P&IDs. “Reduction and Immobilization of Hexavalent Chromium in Soil Column Reactors Using Membrane-Delivered Hydrogen.”Successfully Set-up Soil Glass Column Bio-reactors, Prepared Membrane Modules for gas supply, Monitored Operating conditions and maintained anaerobic condition in the columns. Characterized the spatial and temporal dynamics of chromate and nitrate reduction in soil column reactors supplied with dissolved hydrogen using gas-permeable hollow-fiber membranes.Determined the chromate reduction yield in soil column reactor supplied with hydrogen continuously.
