    CONCLUSION By the findings in survey of 20 employees as a sample, most

    of them have their positive attitude towards theorganization.

    They are satisfied and comfortable to work at LumaxIndustries Ltd.

    But if we see the performance of the employees in differentskills, it shows some gap in their contribution in theorganization

    The gap is due to lacking in some skills like listening,speaking. So there is some requirement of training for theemployees to develop their skills by which they can grab,

    understand and act over it.

    SUGGESTIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS

    Employees development should also include in

    the training programs to few level focuses on

    the future change in the organization.

    Training & development should not be only for

    organizational development. It should be

    development of organization via development ofemployees.
