0 Using it as a learning tool, he would take students to one of the job sites and work there to teach the students how to work outside, and get real world experience, that lightens up the load.

0 Season can be difficult especially in the winter no one want to re model or build because of the cold. He stays in business all year around and has a second job to pick up for the slack.

Dealing With Employees

0What would you do if you had a bad employee that you know personally?

0 Set him/her on a performance period and explain to them what's going on, and if there is no improvement I would be forced to let them go

0What would you do if an employee was stealing someone else's tools

0 Automatic termination along with a paycheck deduction to pay for the tools that were stolen so they can be replaced

0 “ Were all human we are bound to make errors here and there, but if you do the best you can, you will do great things in life. All you need is a little will power.”

0What I learned from this with a dream you can accomplish anything. It may have its ups and downs, but in the end it shall work out.
