About Us

• ONEMARI Builders and Engineering Services was founded to provide Engineering Contracting Services. It provides Design and Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Commissioning and Maintenance of Communications (broadcast, telecommunications), Electrical, Civil/Structural, Architectural and Mechanical services.

• ONEMARI philosophy is to work closely with each client to understand their specific objectives, environment and challenges. Once we clearly understand these requirements, ONEMARI then customises a set of specific services to meet the commercial and technical objectives of the project.

Scope of Work: – Design, fabrication and erection of 100ft self supporting tower,

including foundation and electrical works, site acquisition. – Supply and Installation of 2-100ft Self Supporting Tower for

Virac and Mindoro.– Supply and Installation of TV and FM Antennas and

Accessories.– Supply of different rf and studio equipment, consumables and

accessories.•

2) Client: GMA Network Inc– Preventive Maintenance Inspection of GMA Tandang Sora Tower.– Field Strength Measurement of GMA AM Antenna System

including 97.1 WLS FM.– Rehabilitation and Maintenance of 420ft AM Tower.– Design of AM Tower and Supply of Phillystran Cable for Obando

Tower.

3) Client: Smart Communications– 70ft and 40ft Self Supporting Tower

Scope of Work: – Design, Fabrication and Erection of Tower including Installation of

Brackets,Tower Foundation, Electrical Works (electrical connections, tower lights, lightning protection and grounding system), and Permitting.

– Supply and Installation of Radio Repeater System.– Supply and Installation of DVB-H Antennas and accessories.

4) Client: Globe Telecoms– 30ft and 40ft Self Supporting Tower

Scope of Work: – Fabrication and Erection of Tower including Installation of Brackets

and antennas, Electrical works, Tower Foundation Construction

5) Client: ABC-5– Field Strength Measurement of ABC-5 TV Antenna.

6) Client: Nation Broadcasting Corporation– UHF Broadcast System Turnkey Projects (3 sites)

Scope of Work: – Design, Fabrication and Erection of 250ft and 205ft Self Supporting – Tower with Foundation, Site Development, Transmitter Building,

Electrical Works – (electrical connections, tower lights, lightning protection and

grounding system) and – Permitting.
