A knowledge worker tends to be creative and innovative in the acquisition,

analysis and interpretation of information.

Wisdom WorkerA wisdom worker has a deep insight into the how and why of things. He has vision, right perspective, intuitive skills and the

power to transform. A wisdom worker is a visionary and has

along term view.

A young man asked a saint:- “what is a secret to success??”The saint asked the young man to meet him near the river next morning..They met & Young man walked with saint towards the river..When the water got up to their neck saint droned the man into water.The boy struggled to come out.. but saint held him inside forcefully.When the boy started turning blue then saint took his head out of water.

KNOWLEDGE WisdomIt involves acquisition, analysis and interpretation of information.

It involves application of information on in different situations.

It leads to wisdom. It is the outcome of accumulated knowledge and it’s intelligent application.

It is abstract-a resource to be utilised. It is quality to judge what is right or wrong under a given situation.

It can become obsolete as it is time-bound. It is timeless.

One can learn or acquire it. One must awaken it.

It can be measured. It can’t be measured.

It applies reason to decision-making. It applies value system to decision-making.

He is an extremely knowledgeable and learned person who has played a pivotal role in the organisational, technical and political role in India’s development. He is also a wise and humble person whose wisdom and humility has made him won titles like people’s president and missile man of India.He is a visionary and a perfect balance of knowledge and wisdom.

A KW tends to follow a hectic life pattern. He is usually a roamer.

A WW worker tends to evolve an intense life pattern.

He thinks all knowledge is objective. He thinks all knowledge is finally subjective.

It is usually egoistic, but not normally and truly effective in performance.

It is usually humble, as also truly effective in performance.

It views life and progress linearly . It views life and progress cyclically.

It tends to dominate and exploit Nature as a resource.

It be friends and embraces Nature with adoration as a partner in his life scheme.
