improve local traffic and access to Tysons. Two lanes and bike lanes each direction. Partially open

• The Authority is advancing 122 regional multimodal projects totaling nearly $2 billion.

• In June 2018, the Authority adopted its FY2018-2023 Six Year Program including an additional 44 regional projects totaling $1.285 billion.

• Starting in June 2020, the Authority expects to fund additional projects totaling $400+ million every two years (excluding debt issuance).

We have been engaged with community groups, homeowner associations, property owners and interest groups, while

continuing to innovate project designs

Balancing the needs of cyclists with residential communities

Working carefully with stakeholders in sensitive and historic areas including the Manassas Battlefield and EC Lawrence Park

Minimizing right of way impacts

Numerous design changes as a result of informed community input – eliminating Dunn Loring flyover bridge, restricting trucks on Vaden Dr. and relocating proposed stormwater ponds

• Construction began in April 2018

• Traffic shifts and clearing right of way throughout 2018
