EK OPTICAL GROUP
Based in Brunswick Melbourne, K E Optical has been owned and run by the
K E Optical could be best described as a specialist printing and
distribution business. All the optical accessories we sell are printed in-
house. Additionally, we make and bottle lens spray plus cut to size and
sales reps. Proudly, one of our screen printers recently won Victorian
Apprentice of the Year.

The Brunswick Sheltered Workshop commencedoperations in 1968 in a joint venture between the
Mount Royal Hospital and the Brunswick Lions
and Rotary Clubs.
Their mission from then to this day is to assist
local people with disabilities by providing them
with gainful employment according to their
abilities in an environment conducive to their
needs.
SUPPORTING THE COMMUNITY
The workshop currently provides meaningful employment and training to 67 people who continue to provide
quality and timely services to local businesses.
K E Optical has had a very close association with the workshop for many years and is currently their largest
customer. One of a very small number of companies in Victoria, K E Optical is permitted to have special
needs workers work along side its regular workforce on its premises.
